Partners with executive leadership to support business growth, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize financial performance, and provide strategic insights for informed decision-making while overseeing the finance team's operations and development. Qualifications: Experience in mining, sponge iron, power generation, or manufacturing industry Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, and financial reporting Solid knowledge of IFRS and relevant financial regulations Must be willing to relocate in Congo
