Principal engineer turned leader. You've spent 15–20 years building trading platforms from scratch at a Tier 1 HFT or ideally a systematic prop firm. You own architecture, lead a team of eight or more and stay hands-on. Ultra-low-latency systems, greenfield infrastructure, co-leadership mandate. Full relocation package including family.
