You'll partner with a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider and experienced RN while helping shape the future direction of a growing Heart Failure program at Lutheran Hospital. Located just minutes from downtown Denver, Wheat Ridge provides easy access to world-class outdoor recreation, thriving neighborhoods, excellent schools, and Colorado's unmatched lifestyle. Practice Highlights Opportunity to grow and expand an established Heart Failure program while maintaining a general cardiology practice. Collaborative support from a dedicated Advanced Practitioner and RN. Based at Lutheran Hospital, a new 226-bed Level II Trauma Center that opened in 2024 and is working toward Level I designation. Five-day-per-week practice located in the desirable western Denver suburb of Wheat Ridge. Balanced call structure with shared general cardiology call across four hospitals. One inpatient service week every six weeks with no clinic responsibilities during that service week. How we'll support you: Compensation: Compensation : Our competitive compensation consists of a initial base salary of $535,000 plus a wRVU bonus incentive . Additionally, there is up to a $50,000 annual quality bonus . We are also offering a $25,000 starting bonus . A relocation bonus is also available if applicable.
