Job Summary

We are looking for two experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to join our workshop in Spain.

The ideal candidate will have experience repairing and maintaining excavators, tractors, and construction equipment, with strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Experience with electrical and electronic systems on heavy equipment is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures.
• Repair diesel engines.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems.
• Repair hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves and hydraulic motors.
• Repair transmissions, axles and steering systems.
• Replace damaged components.
• Use diagnostic equipment and testing tools.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, hydraulic diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Test machinery after repairs.
• Keep accurate maintenance records.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work closely with the workshop team.

• Minimum 5 years of experience repairing heavy equipment.
• Experience with excavators and tractors.
• Strong knowledge of: Diesel engines, Hydraulic systems, Mechanical troubleshooting, Powertrain systems
• Valid driving license that can be recognised for driving in Spain.
• Willingness to relocate to Spain.

Preferred

• Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
• Experience working with:

• JCB
• Kobelco
• Yanmar
• Electronic diagnostic software experience.
• Basic Spanish language skills.
