Provide direct nursing care under the direction of an RN. Use teaching, assessment, observation, and intervention skills to provide comfort and care maximizing patient/family quality of life. Assist the RN in monitoring, observing, and reporting reactions to therapy and communicates responses to interventions promptly to primary RN. Qualifications Required Current Iowa state LPN license. Positive attitude and team player. Demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer skills with the ability to learn work-related software and have basic typing skills. Current Iowa driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance. Preferred 3-5 years of recent experience as a nurse in a related field. 1 year of experience in hospice or home care nursing. Experience working in a team environment.
