We are seeking an experienced Hospice Physician to lead bedside patient care and foster interdisciplinary collaboration within a comprehensive hospice program.
Responsibilities include: providing primary oversight for one of five interdisciplinary teams, delivering compassionate, patient-centered care in outpatient, community-based settings, and serving as a backup to the Hospice Medical Director. The role involves in-person visits in patients' homes and hospital privileges for inpatient care, with occasional virtual visits.
Qualifications and skills: medical degree with hospice or palliative care experience, strong leadership and teamwork abilities, and excellent communication skills.
