Responsibilities Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) Redding, California Shasta Regional Medical Group, a member of the Prime Healthcare system, is seeking dedicated Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with hospitalist experience to join our supportive, community-focused team. This is an exceptional opportunity to provide high-quality inpatient care in a well-resourced environment. What You'll Do Provide inpatient hospitalist services exclusively. Work a 7 ON / 7 OFF schedule (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM). Manage approximately 15 - 20 patients per day. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care. What We're Looking For NP or PA license in good standing. Hospitalist experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Pay Transparency Shasta Regional Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Benefits may vary based on collective bargaining agreement requirements and/or the employment status, i.e. full-time or part-time. The current compensation range for this role is $130,000-170,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
