Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Housing Officer Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a customer focused individual with strong administration skills and high attention to detail to join our Housing Services Team. In this role you will assist with ensuring accurate recording and accounting of Housing Services finance records is always maintained. You will also supervise our Housing Officer and Bonds Officer roles within the department to maintain efficient and timely processes in relation to tenant arrivals, transfers and departures.

Key Duties

• Liaise with the Finance & Payroll Departments to provide accurate accounting of all tenancy financial records for both VTA employees and ARR Business Partners
• Oversee the preparation of all residential leases and property inspections to ensure they are processed correctly
• Provide efficient customer service to ensure the highest levels of tenant satisfaction, as required under Voyages Ayer Rock Resort policy and guidelines
• Assist Housing Services Manager as required including managing office in their absence
