Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support through live chat, email, and phone to our Hungarian-speaking clients. Effectively resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a focus on satisfaction. Guide customers in utilizing our platform’s features, enhancing their gaming experience. Collaborate closely with teammates to achieve performance targets and uphold quality standards. Document customer interactions accurately in our support systems for efficient follow-up. Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen your understanding of our products and services. Fluency in Hungarian and strong proficiency in English ; knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Previous experience in customer support or a related position is preferred. Exceptional communication skills with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
