Job Description: As an IM&T Service Delivery Associate, you will support with the effective delivery and governance of business-critical IT services across a complex application portfolio. You will monitor service performance, support audits, coordinate change and release activities, alongside help manage service escalations. This role offers exposure to large-scale ERP environments, service management practices and cross-functional collaboration, making it an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise within a dynamic and evolving technology landscape. Core duties: You will be supporting with the monitoring of performance against service level agreements, whilst maintaining accurate records and assisting in analysing service data to identify areas for improvement and helping drive actions through to resolution You will assist in our planned regular audit activities and the creation and upkeep of relevant process documentation to match our internal risk and control matrix You will be supporting release and change activities by assisting in the assessment, build and testing of components, whilst working with testers, technical specialists and helping maintain associated tools, processes, and documentation You will build and maintain effective relationships with customers and stakeholders, supporting improved ways of working and contributing to the delivery of business benefits and efficiencies You will be acting as a point of support for service management activities within STO, whilst assisting with coordination between technical and operational teams You will support the management of service escalations across IM&T, helping coordinate responses with internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure timely resolution Essential Skills: You will require good experience of working in an IT Function A good understanding IT development including familiarity with change lifecycle and configuration management will be required You will need to have an awareness of governance and compliance in a large scale ERP environment Experience of using the SIAM tooling experience such as ServiceNow will be required Product Fulfilment service and governance team By joining us in the team, you will help manage a complex portfolio of 200+ applications, including ERP platforms.
