Job Description Summary The India Wind Manufacturing Leader reports to the Vice President Wind Manufacturing and leads Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost outcomes across multiple manufacturing plants. This is a strategic leadership role aligned to critical business imperatives supporting a global customer base. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Establish a zero-incident safety culture and adherence to Life Saving Rules Drive safety standard work including best practices, root cause analysis, and methods Develop and execute a regional quality framework aligned with global standards Drive quality culture ensuring customer and engineering requirements are met Develop and execute regional operational standards such as daily management, MOR’s, and related rhythms to meet delivery commitments with safety and quality standards Deliver on regional S&OE targets Implement proactive systems to provide early warnings on fulfillment risk and drive problem solving Lead regional Lean imperatives driving continuous improvement, deploying standard work, value stream mapping, and eliminating waste Own regional operating budget and capital investment Develop and execute a long-term strategy for regional workforce capability, succession planning, and skills development Develop regional manufacturing leadership culture and capability, including meeting Glint survey improvement goals and developing leaders (front-line leader to plant leaders) Build One Team culture across multiple plants driving priority alignment and optimized solutions across plants, engineering, sourcing, and related stakeholders Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, finance, and/or relevant operational leadership experience Minimum of 7 years relevant experience leading teams Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time Desired Characteristics Prior relevant experience in the Wind industry Proven strong operational leadership.
