IT業界・エンジニア未経験からスタートし、ITスキルと語学力・異文化理解力を組み合わせた、グローバルに活躍できるキャリアを目指せます。
ブリッジエンジニアは、日本側のクライアントやプロジェクトメンバーと海外のITチームとの間に立ち、問い合わせ対応、通訳・翻訳、情報共有、進捗確認、課題の整理など、プロジェクトを円滑に進めるための橋渡しを担うポジションです。
入社時にはITの基礎知識やビジネス英語／日本語などを学ぶ研修があり、IT未経験から段階的にスキルを身につけることができます。
さらに当社では、仕事だけでなく、海外での経験や新しい挑戦も大切にしています。

IT Engineer (Bridge Engineer) – No Prior IT Experience Required

Alexsolutions Inc. is looking for a Bridge Engineer to connect IT teams in Japan with teams overseas.
This position is an opportunity to start your career in the IT industry even if you have no prior experience as an IT engineer. You will develop IT skills while making use of your language abilities, international experience, and cross-cultural communication skills to build a career in a global environment.
As a Bridge Engineer, you will work between clients and project members in Japan and overseas IT teams. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, interpretation and translation, sharing information, monitoring project progress, organizing issues, and supporting smooth communication between teams.
Upon joining the company, you will receive training in IT fundamentals, business English/Japanese, and other essential skills. You can gradually build your technical knowledge and practical skills even without prior IT experience.

No prior IT industry or engineering experience is required.
IT skills can be developed through training and learning in conjunction with joining the company. Our training covers IT fundamentals such as networks and servers, as well as business English/Japanese. We also provide certification support and internal learning opportunities.

[Salary]
Monthly salary: JPY 220,000 or more + various allowances (including qualification allowances) + bonuses twice a year
