Job Description: Job Shift: Monday - Friday 10:30pm-6:30am (3rd Shift) Responsibilities Monitor and maintain compute, storage, virtualization, and network infrastructure to ensure high service availability. Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate incidents in a timely manner while supporting 24x7 operational activities. Install and support data center and lab infrastructure, including hardware deployment, cabling, power, and connectivity. Execute operational procedures, approved automation workflows, and infrastructure maintenance tasks. Collaborate with engineering, security, networking, and application teams to maintain stable and secure services. Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure operations, systems administration, technical support, or a related IT role. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting virtualized environments and enterprise infrastructure platforms. Experience working in a 24x7 operations or service support environment.
