Integration Developer - Business Systems Analyst

As an Integration Developer at Diligent, you'll design and build scalable integration solutions that connect cloud and on-premises applications across the business. You'll work with modern integration platforms like Boomi and Workato, AWS technologies, APIs, and enterprise applications to automate business processes, improve data quality, and enable AI-driven innovation. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions connecting cloud and on-premises applications using Boomi, Workato, AWS, and modern integration technologies. Build and maintain secure, scalable APIs, data transformations, and integration workflows across platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, and AWS applications. Collaborate with business stakeholders across Finance, Sales, HR, Product, and Engineering to understand integration requirements and deliver reliable solutions. Troubleshoot production integration issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability of enterprise integrations. Contribute to enterprise analytics and AI initiatives by enabling trusted, high-quality data across business systems. Continuously improve integration capabilities by adopting emerging technologies and best practices while maintaining technical documentation and operational standards. These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview: 5+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions. Hands-on experience with Boomi and Workato (certifications are highly desirable). Strong understanding of integration patterns, REST APIs, SOAP services, XML, and JSON. Experience with Java, JavaScript, Python, Groovy, or another programming/scripting language. Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and AWS-based applications. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex integration challenges. Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams. It would be great if you had these too, but we'll support you if you don't: Experience with AI technologies and their application in enterprise environments. Experience with data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence solutions. Boomi Professional Developer or Workato certifications. Experience supporting enterprise change management, process improvement, or digital transformation initiatives. Experience working in a global SaaS environment supporting geographically distributed teams. Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native integration architectures. Working Hours: This role primarily supports US East Coast business hours , which will typically require evening or night shifts in India.
