Responsibilities

Collaborate with project teams to develop creative and functional interior design solutions.
Support projects through all design phases, including concept development, documentation, and construction administration.
Select finishes, fixtures, materials, and equipment based on project requirements, design intent, budget, and performance criteria.
Present finish selections and design concepts to project teams and clients/owners.
Incorporate approved finishes and design elements into construction documents and project specifications.
Develop detailed interior design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Review applicable building codes and standards to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain strong client relationships and support project communication.
Conduct site visits as needed and prepare construction observation reports.
Represent the firm professionally and contribute positively to team collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from an accredited program preferred.
NCIDQ Certification is preferred.
Interior Design registration in at least one U.S. state is highly desired but not required.
LEED AP certification is a plus.
Relevant interior design experience, including internship experience.
Ability to conceptualize interior design solutions and develop construction documents for implementation.
Strong communication, presentation, and graphic design skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD required.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, SketchUp, and rendering software such as Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape is a plus.
