What You Will Do Perform in a cross-functional agile team Work in close coordination with a mentor using Collins Aerospace engineering processes Creation, decomposition, and tracing requirements for communications systems on military platforms, both air and ground applications. Work with a model-based systems engineering application to create logical and physical design diagrams. Perform integration and testing for these communications solutions. We are growing, so can you! Qualifications You Must Have Requires active pursuit of a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM). Qualifications We Prefer Familiarity with RTX systems, processes, and tools. Experience in systems engineering to include capturing customer requirements, operations concept development, or deriving and tracing system and sub-system requirements. Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering concepts and tools such as Magic Draw Cameo, Enterprise Architect, or similar resources using SysML. Experience working in an Agile environment and being part of highly integrated Agile teams working closely with multiple engineering development teams (SW, HW, Cyber, or Sys). This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
