Role: An outpatient Internal Medicine Physician providing primary care in a community-based, critical-access hospital setting.

Responsibilities: Deliver outpatient primary care, manage a panel of 20-22 patients, participate in shared phone call (1-2 times/month), collaborate with a team of 3 physicians and 4 NPs, and utilize Meditech EMR in a NCQA-recognized patient-centered medical home.
Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor, with or without US residency, and current US work visa.
Skills: Strong team collaboration, outpatient care experience, and familiarity with EMR systems.
