Your Role Will Include:
Comprehensive outpatient care: acute/episodic care, chronic disease management, preventive care, wellness
Inpatient hospital medicine: rounding, admissions, discharge planning
Multidisciplinary collaboration across care settings
Participation in quality improvement and care coordination initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ post-residency experience
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Board Certified Internal Medicine
Licensed or eligible to practice in Virginia
DEA License in Virginia
