About the role
We're looking for a curious, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to create engaging content and digital campaigns that attract new customers, deepen relationships with existing ones, and continuously strengthen our digital presence across multiple channels.
Reporting to the Corporate Marketing Manager, and working closely with our international teams and external agencies, you'll combine creativity with analytical thinking to deliver compelling digital campaigns, engaging social media content, insightful reporting, and continuous improvements to the customer journey.
Most importantly, you'll be passionate about understanding our customers, seeking opportunities to learn from them through social media interactions, events, professional communities to create authentic & useful content that resonates with both existing and new audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels (website, ad platforms, social media, email marketing).
- Manage external agencies to deliver high-quality paid campaigns and measurable business results. Plan and track budgets.
- Create, schedule and manage engaging social media content, and foster an active online community through community management and outreach.
- Continuously learn about our customers, their challenges and workflows, and translate these insights into meaningful content and marketing initiatives.
- Track and report on the performance of website, ad campaigns, email marketing and social media, using data to recommend improvements.
- Monitor and improve the digital customer journey, identifying opportunities to increase engagement and conversion.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in a technology environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English with impeccable grammar and copywriting skills.
- Demonstrated experience creating engaging digital content, managing social communities, and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid and social media, email.
- Experience with agency management and budget tracking.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics and reporting (e.g. AdWords, Meta, GA4, Looker Studio or similar).
- A data-driven mindset with experience using testing and performance insights to improve results.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into marketing workflows to enhance productivity, content creation and marketing analysis.
