One of the companies within the MoOngy Group is looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support the recruitment of technology talent for the Belgian market.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of technology roles, helping us attract and hire top IT talent for our international projects and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit technology professionals across software development, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity and data-related positions;
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels;
• Conduct screening interviews and assess candidates' technical and soft skills;
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals;
• Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously for the Belgian market.
• Work closely with Business Managers supporting the growth of technology consulting teams.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
• Monitor market trends and identify innovative sourcing strategies;
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Around 2 years of experience in IT/Tech Recruitment;
• Proven experience in sourcing and headhunting technology profiles;
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies;
• Fluent English (mandatory);
• French is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Results-driven mindset with strong organizational skills;
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with international teams.
