Capacity mechanisms are policy instruments implemented in some European countries to ensure security of supply by providing additional remuneration to generation or other capacity providers. The with‑CM variant of ERAA aims to reflect these mechanisms consistently across countries and scenarios, allowing a more realistic assessment of generation availability, profitability, and long‑term adequacy outcomes. This internship provides enhanced training and opportunities to experience working in the System Development section of ENTSO-E Secretariat, and with international exposure. Your responsibilities With a supervision of a manager: Supporting the representation and analysis of capacity mechanisms within the ERAA framework.
