About the Job

Our client is a venture-backed, high-growth technology enterprise scaling next-generation mobile applications, interactive digital frameworks, and consumer software products. We are seeking an analytical, code-driven iOS Developer to join our fully distributed Mobile Engineering division. In this critical role, you will help design, build, and optimize native iOS applications—writing clean Swift code, engineering fluid UI interactions, and integrating core API endpoints to deliver a world-class mobile user experience.

Responsibilities

• Native iOS Development: Code, test, and deploy clean, modular, and maintainable mobile applications using Swift and core iOS SDK frameworks.
• UI/UX Engineering: Collaborate closely with digital product designers to translate UI wireframes into fluid, responsive mobile interfaces using UIKit or SwiftUI, ensuring pixel-perfect screen layouts.
• API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs, JSON data structures, and web services to connect front-end application elements with back-end enterprise architectures.
• Code Review & Version Control: Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high codebase health, tracking and managing feature branches utilizing Git ecosystems (such as GitHub or GitLab).
• Testing & Bug Mitigation: Write foundational unit tests, utilize Xcode debugging suites to isolate application performance bottlenecks, and resolve software glitches or memory leaks reported by QA teams.
• App Store Pipelines: Support senior engineers in compiling application builds, managing certificate signing architectures, and executing deployment workflows to TestFlight and the Apple App Store.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent heavily technical discipline.
• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of professional experience. This is an entry-level engineering position; robust software development internships, university iOS capstone projects, or a personal portfolio showcasing native apps built in Swift are highly valued.
• Core Technical Literacy: Foundational command of the Swift programming language and a clear conceptual understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), Model-View-Controller (MVC), or MVVM design architectures.
• Tooling Fluency: Hands-on familiarity navigating Xcode and managing repositories with Git.
• Proactive Remote Independence: A self-starting operator who thrives in a distributed team environment, manages time zones effectively, and communicates technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Language Fluency: Professional verbal and written proficiency in Korean is highly preferred to facilitate cross-border technical alignment and coordinate seamlessly with international engineering centers.
• Baseline familiarity with Apple's human interface guidelines, Core Data layouts, or asynchronous programming concepts.
• Prior exposure to mobile CI/CD automated deployment pipelines (such as Fastlane, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions).

• Salary Range: $72,000 – $92,000 USD base structure + Performance Bonus, Remote Workspace Technology Stipends, and Premium Corporate Health, Dental, and Wellness Benefits.
