What you'll need:

🔹 1–5+ years professional iOS development (Swift)

🔹 Experience shipping apps 0→1, MVVM or similar

🔹 Strong product/design instincts

🔹 Startup or design-forward background a plus (Robinhood/Airbnb/Duolingo-caliber)

💰 $130K–$230K + equity
