Role Overview & Key Details

Position: Solutions Consultant (Irish & English)
Work Model: Full-time, On-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
Schedule: Monday – Sunday (11:00 – 19:00)
Base Salary: €2,045.00 gross/month
Training: Comprehensive on-site training provided upon arrival

Relocation Package & Financial Perks

Accommodation Support: 21 days of company-provided accommodation upon arrival, plus expert assistance in finding long-term housing.
Relocation Bonus: €1,500 gross total to help cover initial rent and setup costs, paid out in two installments.
Welcome Bonus: €1,500 gross total for EU-eligible candidates (€750 gross after 3 months, and €750 gross after 6 months, subject to active employment).

Local Candidate Benefits

Requirements

Native or fluent proficiency in both Irish and English.
Valid eligibility to work within the European Union.
Ability to work on-site at the Sofia, Bulgaria office.
