We are looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine who has built their career within internationally recognized luxury hospitality. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading a luxury specialty restaurant, with exceptional expertise in handmade pasta, regional specialties, risotto, premium seafood, antipasti, artisanal breads, and contemporary Mediterranean gastronomy.

Key Highlights

• Chef de Cuisine or an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step into a Chef de Cuisine role.

• Proven experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining restaurants.

• Strong expertise in handmade pasta, regional specialties, risotto, premium seafood, antipasti, artisanal breads, and contemporary Mediterranean gastronomy.

• Previous experience leading a luxury specialty restaurant.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, menu development, food costing, inventory management, and kitchen operations.

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Comfortable living and working in a remote island environment.

• Previous island resort experience would be an advantage.
