In this role, you will act as the direct brand ambassador for Italian clients, resolving incoming requests through call, chat, and email channels. Core Responsibilities Client Engagement: Address incoming inquiries from Italian customers via phone calls, live chats, and emails with an empathetic, professional tone. Problem Resolution: Analyze user difficulties, determine underlying causes, and deliver customized, timely solutions. CRM Management: Thoroughly document every client interaction, request status, and resolution details in the system database. Target Achievement: Consistently meet performance expectations, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores, First Contact Resolution (FCR), and handling times. Continuous Upskilling: Engage in regular training modules to keep up with product enhancements, company policies, and operational processes. Candidate Requirements Italian Skills: Advanced or native level (C1/C2) in written and spoken communication. English Proficiency: B2 level minimum for internal communications, training modules, and software navigation. Shift Availability: Capacity to work variable 24/7 rotational shifts. Workplace Presence: Daily physical attendance at our main Lisbon facility. Legal Authorization: Valid EU/EEA citizenship, EU passport, or legal rights to work in Portugal. Remuneration Options Candidates can choose between two distinct compensation paths based on their current circumstances: Package 1: Local Option (For Existing Residents) Base Salary: €1,262.33 gross per month (distributed over 12 months). Best Suited For: Individuals already living in Lisbon or those who want to organize their own housing independently. Package 2: Relocation Option (For Moving Candidates) Base Salary: €1,059.00 gross per month (distributed over 12 months). Housing Included: Individual bedroom provided in a shared company-managed flat, with all routine utility bills (water, power, gas, internet) fully covered.
