What you'll be doing As part of the technical support team, you'll help customers get the most out of their devices and services. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting customers via phone, chat and email Troubleshooting technical and software-related issues Assisting with account access, passwords and device settings Guiding customers through updates and product features Escalating more complex cases when necessary Delivering an outstanding customer experience with every interaction No two days are exactly the same, making this role ideal for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving and helping people.
