IVY Project Partner for the Interreg project "IntegraSaúde" Support a coordinated, proactive, and patient-centered healthcare and social care assistance between Spain an Portugal. VOLUNTEER Axencia Galega para a Xestión do Coñecemento en Saúde - ACIS is looking for an IVY volunteer! The volunteer will support the Interreg project “ IntegraSaúde " , under the Interreg POCTEP programme. IntegraSaúde will boost the adaptation of public health systems, considering the socio-sanitary field, towards an effective person-centered care based on the following areas of action: - Patient empowerment and universal accessibility to the healthcare system - Strengthening research and advancing towards socio-sanitary coordination - Bottom-up healthcare innovation - Discovering the capabilities of AI in health On the basis of ad-hoc cross-border structures for the diagnosis, promotion, and practical implementation of innovation in health, the project will rely on a multidisciplinary and complementary partnership. The volunteer will be carrying out the following tasks and activities: Collaboration and support in the operational day-to-day logistics for the implementation of the project's activities. Participation in the organization of events within the framework of the project activities. Collaboration in the design of promotional posters for the different project events. Collaboration in writing news articles about the project activities. Cooperation in the elaboration of the project newsletters. Other information: Financial support of: 29.00 euros per day (week-end and holidays included) . Location: Santiago de Compostela, Spain. Start and duration: Mid-September, for 6 months. The amount provided allows them to live in similar conditions as the local population where they are volunteering, and ranges from 21.48 EUR to 92.96 EUR per day. Insurance IVY volunteers are fully covered with health, liability and accident insurance. AEBR arranges the policies for you for the entire duration of the experience, if needed. Contribution to travel costs Travel costs to relocate are covered by AEBR, based on lump sums according to the distance between the host organisation and your place of residence. The sum is allocated depending on the distance in km. Visa Volunteers are responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate visa, residence permit, or any other authorization required to legally enter, reside, and carry out their volunteering activity in the hosting country. Once selected, volunteers are expected to complete all necessary administrative procedures, and submit the required documentation to the relevant authorities. For eligible volunteers relocating between countries participating in the IVY initiative, IVY will reimburse the costs associated with obtaining the required visa, and provide invitation letters and proof of financial means. However, the responsibility for identifying the correct visa, preparing the application, and completing the necessary formalities remains with the volunteer.
