Hourly pay rate: Hire is $22.85, 6 months $23.42, 1 year $24.37 Job Responsibilities 1. Assist in the training of new employees, maintain training records & documentation necessary 2. Lead person is responsible to learn all the graded positions in the department 3. Work with new employees on specific skills for the graded positions within the department 4. Provide new employees with exemplary work behavior including attendance, safety & personal hygiene 5. Administer directions for the proper care & use of personal protective equipment 6. Provide instructions to all trainees on HACCP, SSOP and department rules 7. Communicate to the supervisor as to the progress of the employees 8.
