Are you a German-speaking sales professional looking for your next opportunity in Krakow?
We’re hiring a Business Development Representative to work with Google products, supporting small and medium-sized businesses across EMEA and helping them get more value from Google Ads.
📍 Location: Krakow, Poland
🏢 Work model: Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home
💰 Salary: 11,000 PLN gross/month + performance-based bonus
✈️ Relocation bonus: 10,000 PLN gross
💼 The Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for businesses, identifying sales opportunities, understanding their needs and recommending the most suitable Google Ads solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- 📞 Proactive outbound sales and prospecting
- 🤝 Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- 🎯 Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- 📈 Upselling and cross-selling Google Ads products
- 💡 Developing tailored online advertising strategies
- 📊 Supporting clients with Google Ads campaigns and optimization
- 🎯 Working towards individual and team sales targets
Requirements
- 🇩🇪 C2 German and 🇬🇧 C1 English, both written and spoken
- Experience in outbound sales, business development or inside sales is highly valued
- Comfortable working in a phone-based, target-driven environment
- Confident, proactive and results-oriented approach
