Job Description Summary As part of the GE India Multi-modal Manufacturing team, the swab etch / part marking / ultrasonic clean room ,DFL coating engineer is responsible for the processing of the parts for swab etch , part marking , ultrasonic cleaning , DFL coating and produce defect free parts with continual improvement of overall productivity. Job Description Site Overview: Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defense and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Role Overview: Understand and follow the router requirements, MOS as per operation sequence , safe Operation of the process related equipment identify the defective parts / defects and raise NC ticket Ability to analyze and interpret design drawings, specifications ,manuals, MOS and other related documentation , ensure compliance to NADCAP requirements Knowledge of chemical handling, storage and related documentation Ensure completion of process related documentation , process and equipment inspection check lists The Ideal Candidate: Hands-on experience in special process shops such as swab etch, part marking, ultrasonic cleaning, or DFL coating, with strong knowledge of routers, MOS, drawings, chemical handling, and NADCAP-related requirements Required Qualifications: Diploma with 2 – 3 years of experience in related processes . Highest Levels of Personal Integrity and Safety , Quality Mindset. Experience in engineering industry – with first hand experience of process shops Exposure to special process NADCAP audits and related documentation is desirable Preferred Qualifications: Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions.
