Korean Speaking Forex Sales Retention Agent

Position: FX Sales Retention Agent (Korean) Location: UAE, Dubai Employment type: Full-time RESPONSIBILITIES: Promote the company's FX and CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth Convert high-quality leads into active and loyal trading clients Increase upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the client lifecycle Stay up to date with financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates Work towards and consistently achieve defined sales and retention targets. REQUIREMENTS: Native or fluent Korean, both spoken and written Previous experience in FX & CFD industry is mandatory Prior experience in a Retention role within Forex/CFD brokerage Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills Computer literate with good CRM and office tool awareness Strong communication and relationship management skills Experience working with international brokerage teams Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention environment.
