KOTRA Global Talent Center's mission is to connect top global talent with leading Korean companies in advanced industries. In response to the growing interest in Korean companies, we has launched ‘Global Talent Pool’ program to attract global talent in advance industries, particularly in United States.

The ‘Global Talent Pool’ program offers opportunities in key fields such as Artificial Intelligence, Biotechnology, Healthcare, 2nd Batteries, Semiconductors, Cybersecurity, Robotics.

We aim to support top talents who wish to work in Korea. Once you register, we will review your profile and share your resume with the relevant company to help move things forwards when we find good matches.

Eligibility

This program is open to the following individuals:

• Master's or PhD degree holders
• Bachelor's degree holders with 1+ year of experience
• Associate degree or non-degree with 5+ years of overseas experience in the relevant industry (Non-Korean nationality only)

Program Benefit

Social Insurance

• Participants who gain employment through this program will receive health insurance and industrial accident compensation insurance.
• Korea's public health insurance system provides high-quality medical services with relatively low out-of-pocket.

Entry Support

• Top-tier talent who meet specific criteria may be eligible for fast-track residency visa (F-2) issuance.
• After three years, this can be converted into a permanent residency visa (F-5).
• The entire application process can be completed quickly online.
• The program also allows for accompanied entry by family members, parents or domestic helpers.
• Priority Immigration Cards are issued to simplify immigration procedures.

Settlement Support in Korea

• 50% income tax reduction for 10 years
• Children of participants are eligible to enroll in international schools (admitted outside of regular quotas).
• Concierge services are provided for telecommunications, finance and administrative matters.
