The candidate will help develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns alongside a talented team of marketers and sales leadership. In this role, you will act as a key regional hub, collaborating closely with a diverse group of internal stakeholders—including local field marketers, sales leadership, and broader business teams—to develop and deploy cohesive multi-channel campaigns across the LATAM region. Job Description This role will be responsible for: Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid media campaigns across Google (Search, Display, Performance Max, LinkedIn Ads, Demand Gen) and Meta, tailored to the B2B LATAM market. Regional Strategy & Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Regional Performance Marketing Manager, regional sales teams, and broader marketing departments to align paid media efforts with regional business goals. Budget & ROI Management: Monitor and manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation, cost-effective lead generation, and maximum ROI. A/B Testing & CRO: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously improve conversion rates. Data & Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Deliver clear insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. Inbound & Lead Nurturing: Build and optimize landing pages, forms, and workflows within HubSpot to ensure a seamless B2B lead-to-sales pipeline. SEO & Paid Media Synergy: Partner with SEO teams to identify keyword opportunities, optimize landing page metadata, and ensure a cohesive search strategy. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work independently while maintaining alignment with global and regional teams using project management tools like Jira. #LI-DR2 Basic Requirements Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Linkedin Ads. 4+ years of experience in B2B Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing. Full professional proficiency in English is required. 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics tools and SEO optimization strategies 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and project management platforms Additional qualifications: Full professional proficiency in at least one additional international language preferably Portuguese Full experience in paid media platforms (Meta and Linkedin) Proven experience with Hubspot (landing pages, emailflows, dashboards) Strict B2B & Lead Generation Focus: Proven track record in B2B marketing and lead generation pipelines. Strategic Mindset: Ability to drive strategy, make data-backed decisions on campaign deployment, and guide field marketing teams.
