Position Details Position: Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician Location: Davenport, IA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-Hour Shifts Overtime: Available On-Call Rotation: Required Compensation: Up to $55/hour , depending on experience What You'll Do As a Lead Commercial HVAC Service Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include: Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC equipment Install, replace, and commission HVAC and refrigeration systems Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, and system start-ups Complete warranty repairs, equipment adjustments, and emergency service calls Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate findings with customers Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and OSHA standards Mentor and assist less experienced technicians when needed Qualifications Required 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience EPA Universal Certification Iowa HVAC License or the ability to obtain one during the introductory employment period Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening High school diploma or GED Preferred Experience servicing educational, commercial, healthcare, or industrial facilities Strong working knowledge of: Chillers RTU / Package Systems Cooling Towers Boilers Pumps RTUs VRF Systems VAV Systems OSHA 10 Certification (or higher) OEM certifications such as Trane, Carrier, Daikin, York, Lennox, or Johnson Controls Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive pay based on experience Year-round work with long-term career stability Company-provided service vehicle and fuel card Paid holidays and generous PTO Medical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family 401(k) with 4% company match Company-paid short-term and long-term disability insurance Paid training, continuing education, and certification opportunities Overtime opportunities available Relocation assistance for qualified candidates Ready for Your Next Career Move?
