Our team is responsible for maintaining the reliability, support, and high availability of our operational environment. We enable the Research & Development group to leverage CI/CD tools, infrastructure, and automations to drive innovation and efficiency. Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be part of a global group responsible for handling on-prem and cloud initiatives, planning, executing, and reporting on various infrastructure and code projects. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our DevOps processes and systems. Roles and Responsibility: Develop and maintain the next generation DevOps infrastructure. Ensure the reliability, SRE, and high availability of the operational environment. Enable the Research & Development group to use CI/CD tools, infrastructure, and automations Handle on-prem and cloud initiatives, including SRE, planning, execution, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DevOps processes and systems. Implement best practices for DevOps and infrastructure management. Our Ideal Candidate: Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) Familiarity with Networking, Linux Administrator and Windows Proven scripting skills in Bash and Python, Groovy. Proficiency with virtualized and containerized environments ( Kubernetes, Helm and Docker ). Exposure to Agile methodologies and respective tool chain Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams. Qualifications: 8-12 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer as DevOps solutions Developer Bachelors/Masters-Degree of Engineering in CS or IT or equivalent. At least 6 years experience in Building and managing production critical CI/CD systems, pipelines and solutions Proven experience in DevOps, with a focus on CICD, monitoring, branching, release process, and environment management. Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools , infrastructure, and automation. Experience with on-prem and cloud environments. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Additional Qualifications: Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible) Familiarity with system monitoring and centralized logging platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Loki).
