Job Description Summary The Lead Manufacturing Engineering (ME) Specialist will work in a production shop environment and serve as manufacturing engineer, learning the processes, hardware, specs, and quality requirements in Lynn Plant 4 - Green Cell. As a Lead ME, you will have hardware ownership with either the T700 Midframe and/or component hardware of a Midframe, and/or with our NPI hardware: T700 Spacer Ring, F110 components, or T901 components. Green Cell is also undergoing a transformation during 2026-2027, as we are moving our production line across the plant to implement 4 single-piece flow lines, which will expose them to lean principles and techniques. This is an invaluable opportunity to be in a dynamic area with regular report outs and visibility to senior leadership. Manufacturing Engineer will be coached and given autonomy to have a fulfilling role with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow. High opportunity area for RCCA and process improvement. KPIs include (safety) improvement of I&I's, (quality) first time yield improvements and Cost of Quality (rework and scrap), (delivery) Midframes shipped, (inventory) reduction of aged WIP, (productivity) process improvements to increase efficiency. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or (a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience) manufacturing setting. A minimum of 3 additional years of experience in manufacturing/production GE Leadership Program Graduate in lieu of experience is permitted. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on September 22, 2026.
