We are hiring for Lead Medical Laboratory Scientist position at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, AK! Coordinates daily operations of the clinical laboratory/section. Serves as a resource to laboratory staff and physicians for the resolution of unusual problems or unexpected circumstances (both technical and non-technical). Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in medical technology or education and training equivalent to the requirements for a B.S. degree in a biological or chemistry specialty Upon hire: National Medical Laboratory Scientist – American Society for Clinical Pathology or Upon hire: National Medical Technologist – American Medical Technologists or Upon hire: National Medical Technologist – American Society for Clinical Pathology 1 year of clinical experience Preferred Qualifications: Leadership or supervisory experience Why Join Providence?
