About the Role Can you see what others miss, before it becomes a problem? Build the visibility that keeps an entire digital ecosystem running flawlessly. This is a pivotal role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end visibility, reliability, and performance across a complex and rapidly evolving digital landscape. You’ll shape how we monitor, anticipate, and optimise every interaction across our platforms, from mobile apps to cloud services and third-party integrations. You’ll establish and drive enterprise-wide observability standards, ensuring every component is fully traceable, measurable, and continuously improving. Beyond that, you’ll lead the charge on proactive issue detection and resolution, embedding reliability into everything we do while enabling smarter, data-led decision-making across the organisation. At the core of this role, you’ll design, build and maintain a highly reliable global SaaS integration platform, driving high availability and resilient connectivity across multi-cloud environments. You’ll take a hands-on approach by working autonomously while providing technical leadership to engineering teams, underpinned by strong expertise in observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, Datadog and related platforms. Importantly, driving proactive issue prevention and automated resolution would be key. As collaboration is central, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to embed observability insights into product and service enhancements, ultimately elevating performance and customer experience. This is a lead role where you’ll define standards, drive automation initiatives, and ensure our platforms are continuously optimised to support business growth and performance. You’ll have the opportunity to design and shape observability capability at a scale driving resilience, performance, and seamless customer experiences across a critical digital ecosystem. About You Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 5 years experience in Observability and Site reliability engineering across enterprise environments. You'll bring hands on experience in monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, datadog etc. We’d love to hear from you even more if you have knowledge in metrics,logs,traces correlation and mobile and web observability.
