Lead Physical Therapist Assistant - Full-Time

Role: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in a full-time position within a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.

Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision, assist in patient evaluation and referral, collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes, maintain regulatory documentation, obtain physician orders, and act as a leader/mentor in the discipline. In the absence of the rehab supervisor, assume their responsibilities.

Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited program, current state license, strong communication and organizational skills. New graduates are welcome with mentorship available.
