What You'll Own

• Platform vision & roadmap: Define and execute the product strategy for multi-platform integration products. Gather inputs from users, partners, data, and internal stakeholders to own the roadmap and prioritization across features. Clearly communicate the product vision and ensure alignment between cross-functional groups.
• Back-office Management Features: Serve as the Product lead for all features related to Finance, Content, Payroll, and more that we are bringing to market.
• Solution definition: Develop deep understanding of our fans CRM product and ramp up quickly on the agency business model. Define product solutions that adapt to each platform's specifics while preserving a unified cross-platform experience.
• Project management: Lead end-to-end project management for integration delivery across CN/EU engineering, design, QA, and dev support — managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Product growth: Define and track product success metrics that reflect improvements in customer happiness, adoption, and revenue.
• Go-to-market support: Equip GTM teams with clear documentation and drive impactful product launches.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Technology.
• 5+ years of product management experience. B2B SaaS strongly preferred; experience with CRM, customer support, or API-heavy platform integration products is a meaningful plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with Chinese being a bonus.
• Ability to understand business differences across agency business models, make and validate assumptions rigorously, and define product solutions that are logically sound, appropriately prioritized, and generalizable while still meeting each agency’s specific needs.
• Articulates solutions and dependencies clearly to partners, and proactively manages partner expectations throughout the engagement.
• Strong project management skills to drive integration projects from scoping to launch across CN/EU engineering, design, QA, and dev support.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects from concept to completion.
• Enjoys talking to customers, actively seeks their feedback, and uses it to shape and refine the product roadmap.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and drive in a fast-paced environment; persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure your product and team succeed.
