We are committed to producing high-quality, ethical food for generations to come, and our values are reflected in everything we do. With a team of over 1,400 employees, we are proud of the culture we have built and the people who bring it to life every day.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Group Manager – HR, the Lead Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator plays a key role in delivering effective recruitment and international mobilisation support across the Craig Mostyn Group. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, managing overseas labour pipelines, overseeing visa and sponsorship processes, and ensuring a seamless mobilisation experience for candidates and hiring managers.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, site HR teams, external recruitment partners and migration agents to ensure our workforce needs are met and our recruitment practices remain compliant, efficient and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with international recruitment partners to communicate labour requirements, timelines and workforce priorities.
  • Establish recruitment channels in new international markets to build a sustainable pipeline of skilled candidates.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of business needs to provide informed advice and support on overseas recruitment strategies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external migration agents and visa service providers.
  • Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation activities, ensuring all pre-employment checks, travel bookings, accommodation arrangements and onboarding logistics are completed. This includes hands-on support such as meeting candidates on arrival, assisting with bank and SIM card setup, and liaising with service providers to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Coordinate visa sponsorship, nomination and migration processes in line with legislative and company requirements.
  • Monitor visa status, expiry dates and compliance obligations for sponsored employees.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities for designated business units.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Prepare and advertise vacancies using appropriate channels to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Work closely with site HR Advisors to coordinate screening, interviews, assessments and reference checks.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes, systems and candidate experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members involved in recruitment and mobilisation activities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience coordinating international recruitment, employee sponsorship and/or migration processes, with an understanding of Australian visa requirements and employer obligations.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary recruitment and selection practices, including sourcing, interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment partners, migration agents and government agencies.
  • Experience leading, coaching or guiding team members to achieve recruitment and mobilisation outcomes.
  • A solid understanding of employment legislation, recruitment compliance requirements and privacy obligations.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
