General Manager for Stainless Steel Equipment Fabrication

This role oversees the technical and operation of our fabrication workshop, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and on-time production of standard and custom stainless steel equipment for commercial food service, bakery, butchery, and industrial kitchens.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and optimize fabrication workflows, machine operations (CNC/conventional), and TIG/MIG welding techniques.
• Enforce quality control standards regarding structural finish, durability, and food safety compliance (NSF/HACCP).
• Interpret technical CAD drawings/engineering specifications and manage raw material inventory (304 & 316-grade steel).
• Implement lean manufacturing principles, preventive equipment maintenance, and workflow safety.
• Mentor and lead a team of welders, fabricators, polishers, and shop technicians.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in stainless steel fabrication of kitchen/restaurant equipments (including 2+ years in a supervisory/management role).
• Deep technical knowledge of 304/316-grade stainless steel, metal forming, and CAD interpretation.
• Background in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Technology, laser cutting, CNC machining or a related field.
• Must be willing to relocate to work in the Philippines for a minimum of 2-3 years or longer.

Plant Director for Chicken By-Product processing

This position holds overall operational and strategic responsibility for our processing facility, focusing on the valorization of chicken by-products ( including chicken bone, skin, trim, and offal) into safe, quality, value-added consumable products such as as sausages, luncheon meats, and preserved food items.

Core Responsibilities:

• Direct daily facility operations, production scheduling, and inventory management to maximize yield and throughput.
• Maintain full P&L accountability, budget control, cost-per-unit metrics, and capital planning.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across USDA, FDA, HACCP, and GFSI (SQF) standards; lead quality audits.
• Oversee preventive maintenance for processing equipment (grinders, emulsifiers, thermal cookers, packaging).
• Partner with R&D, Procurement, Marketing and Commercial teams on product development and market positioning.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in high-volume food manufacturing, including 3+ years in a Plant Manager or Operations Director role.
• Direct background in meat/poultry processing and co-product utilization of chicken for human consumption.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record with ERP/MRP systems, operational cost analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Must be willing to relocate to work in the Philippines for a minimum of 2-3 years or longer.
