Learning & Development Executive

The Learning & Development Executive is responsible for supporting the Learning & Development Manager in designing, organizing, coordinating, and delivering training programs and employee engagement initiatives to enhance service standards, employee performance, and organizational culture at Corona Resort & Casino.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Learning & Development Manager in conducting training needs analysis, developing annual training plans, and implementing learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
• Organize, coordinate, and monitor the effectiveness of the Company's training programs and employee engagement activities.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage training records, materials, databases, schedules, and training reports.
• Be responsible for coordinating and facilitating orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.

Qualifications

• Work at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in L&D/ Training Executive or similar role.
• Experience in the hospitality or hotel industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding and appreciation of luxury hospitality standards.
• Knowledgeable in training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to be innovate in adult training.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
