Selected candidates will be placed at one of the following site locations for their first assignment: Seattle, WA; Auburn, WA; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Cambridge, MA; North Charleston, SC; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; Plano, TX; San Antonio, TX; El Segundo, CA; Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Herndon, VA; Arlington, VA; Huntsville, AL; Kennedy Space Center, FL; Titusville, FL; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK or Ridley Park, PA. By joining the program, you will get the opportunity to: Participate in a full-time company sponsored Leadership Development Program Gain a systems-perspective of Boeing as you rotate across the company to learn more about our services, products and value streams Lead teams of varying sizes in a variety of situations and environments Gain support and build relationships with the larger LGO/Tauber alumni network at the company Position Responsibilities: Rotate positions every 12-18 months Develop and execute projects and process plans, implement policies/procedures, and set operational goals Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes Manage, develop and motivate the teams that you are leading Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Currently enrolled in, or a graduate of the Tauber Institute for Global Operations at the University of Michigan Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.” Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience supporting business operations (or a similar position) for a global organization Experience collaborating across functions and organizational levels Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports Experience in a role that required excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to constantly evolving priorities Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
