Loading Dock - Material Handler

Marvin is seeking a Material Handler who will support the movement of materials to help deliver high‑quality products to customers on time. This role plays a key part in day‑to‑day warehouse operations, focusing on accuracy, safety, and collaboration within a team environment. Work takes place in a clean, brightly lit, climate‑controlled facility designed with employee well‑being in mind. Plus, receive a $2,500 sign-on bonus when you join our team. Bonus eligibility applies to both internal and external candidates Marvin offers a $5,000 relocation bonus after relocating to support your move to Warroad, MN. Please note that housing is not provided. Highlights of your role Load and unload trucks by hand with accuracy and care. No forklifts required! Use scanners and computer systems like ICIM to track materials and shipments. Read and interpret customer orders and shipping labels to ensure correct delivery. Inspect materials for quality and accuracy based on established guidelines. Schedule: Monday – Thursday Days: 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Evenings: 3:30 p.m. – 1:30 a.m. You're a good fit if you have (or if you can) Stay on your feet and move throughout an 8–10 hour shift Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms Safely lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 100 lbs Also want to make sure you have Experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety We invite you to See Yourself at Marvin From people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
