Logistics Associate - 4PL

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Logistics Associate to support our newly established 4PL team in Dubai . You'll help manage day-to-day logistics activities, maintain transportation data, resolve shipment exceptions, and collaborate with customers and partners. Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following: Providing timely and professional written and verbal responses to customer requests Booking transportation loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS) Monitoring team mailboxes Resolving simple exceptions to any pre-defined processes Scheduling delivery appointments with receivers Making any necessary changes as requested by the customer within the Transportation Management System (TMS) Manual building and creating new Transportation loads within the Transportation Management System (TMS) Conduct systems trainings to external parties Follow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identified Run, format, or distribute any reports to the appropriate internal or external parties Contribute to projects that utilize the CHR project-based delivery model Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements Required Qualifications: Prior experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics Willingness to work Sunday to Thursday workweek High School Diploma and/or GED Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested Fluent in English Ability to speak Arabic (reading and writing not required) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs Solid understanding of Information systems Friendly and articulate phone demeanor Strong verbal and written communication skills Detail oriented Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Ability to problem solve quickly and accurately Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization Values a diverse and inclusive work environment WHAT WE OFFER: Real opportunities to grow your talent in a fast-moving, global organization The chance to join a newly established team shaping its ways of working, culture, and long‑term impact An open, inclusive, and collaborative workplace that encourages innovation and fresh ideas Opportunities for professional growth with access to training platforms Employer‑provided visa sponsorship and work authorization support, with relocation handled independently by the candidate A comprehensive rewards package, including a competitive salary and company performance‑based bonuses Your Health, Wealth, and Self Your total wellbeing is the foundation of our business, and our benefits support your financial, family and personal goals.
