• You take ownership of your piece of the job — parts, equipment, materials, scheduling — and you don't let things slip
• You're comfortable with physical, hands-on work and solving problems in real time on-site
• You hold yourself accountable without needing someone standing over you

What's required

• Willingness to relocate to Louisiana, Texas, New York, or Indiana — the company covers moving costs, housing search, and all logistics. No capital, no plan needed, just the decision.
• Experience with logistics, materials handling, inventory, or equipment coordination (data center, industrial, construction, or military background all relevant)
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-trust environment with real stakes attached to your output
