We are seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Migration Lead to drive the design and implementation of modern workplace solutions for our organisation. Responsibilities Design architectural solutions for modern workplace environments, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and technology standards. Lead the implementation of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, SPFx, and Microsoft Graph solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, supporting them in achieving project milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless workplace modernization solutions. Analyse complex challenges and propose scalable, efficient solutions to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Requirements Must-have: Bachelor's Degree Open to Malaysians and expatriates currently based in Malaysia Visa sponsorship may be available for eligible expatriate candidates currently based in Malaysia Minimum 7 years relevant experience Expert proficiency in Microsoft OneDrive Implementation Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development Expert proficiency in Microsoft Teams Development Expert proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) Expert proficiency in Microsoft Graph Experience designing architectural solutions for modern workplace environments Experience providing technical leadership and guidance to project teams Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver workplace modernization solutions Nice-to-have: Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) Experience integrating emerging technologies into workplace modernization strategies Experience with project lifecycle tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) Education: Bachelor's Degree Why Join Us Be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of workplace modernization in Kuala Lumpur.
