This is a chance to grow your skills, work with top-tier equipment, and build a long-term career with a company that invests in you from day one. At this level, the operator leads machine setup and troubleshooting, ensuring jobs are started on time and meet quality standards. The L3 Operator must be capable of performing all L1 and L2 operator duties and provides guidance and direction to the production team to achieve daily production goals. Quality Assurance Perform in-process inspections to identify defects such as wrinkles, bubbles, or poor adhesion. Measure material thickness, alignment, and bond strength using appropriate tools and gauges. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control standards. Accurately record production and inspection data. Material Handling Prepare and stage raw materials to ensure continuous production flow. Maintain proper material supply levels to meet daily production quotas. Package, label, and stage finished goods for the next process or shipment. Minimize scrap and properly handle waste materials. Operate a forklift (if certified) to move materials and support production needs. Safety & Maintenance Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards). Perform basic equipment maintenance and promptly report any issues. Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives.
